As our Recruitment Coordinator you will become an integral part of our talent team during a period of rapid and exciting business growth.  You’ll be incredibly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills as you’ll handle a variety of recruitment support and admin tasks.  You will be the main point of contact for our candidates when they apply for roles with us, so you will be a big part of making their experience positive and enjoyable. 

Our candidates come first, so first and foremost your interactions will be friendly, personable and professional.  When they arrive at reception for a face to face interview it should feel like you are greeting an old friend, with a genuine and warm rapport already built up between you.

Our talent team is busy and you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day.  Whether you are arranging interviews, booking meeting rooms, or delivering psychometric tests you will think fast on your feet, making sure you’re always prepared and one step ahead.

Not afraid to take on a variety of tasks, you will always be prepared to muck in and have a go at giving support wherever its needed. You will be exposed to the full recruitment life cycle, and if you are keen to develop there will be opportunity to learn about how we source candidates and you can be part of finding and connecting with the talent we need.
