We are passionate about learning and creativity at Sponge and our team of talented Learning Designers bring the two together to create bespoke digital solutions for companies around the world. Following on from several successful graduate journeys, we are once again looking for extraordinary graduates to join the team. 

What can you expect from our academy? 

Upon joining this academy, you will be exposed to the world of Learning Design at Sponge, experiencing different learning theories, technologies and ways in which we use creativity to help others learn and grow. Supported by your team, you will be introduced to this new environment, obtaining the knowledge and tools to succeed in your exciting future career with us.

As a client facing role, you will have plenty of opportunity to delve behind the scenes of well-known companies. Working collaboratively, you will have the opportunity to shape innovative solutions to their problems. Writing scripts for elearning modules, videos and games, you will use you excellent writing skills learning to adapt and develop your tone and language to suit. By putting yourself into both the client’s and learner’s shoes, you will soon discover how to ask the relevant questions ensuring you have a firm grasp of their unique requirements.

Working to tight deadlines, you will become a true team player, collaborating with designers and developers to bring your ideas to life.  

Desired Skills, attributes and experience:

  • Ideally a degree, or equivalent
  • An aptitude for writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • An interest in technology and how it can accelerate learning
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • An ability to treat content creatively
