Are you a relentless perfectionist who can support our teams in achieving exceptional quality? We work with some of the globe's biggest brands. We strive for perfection in every piece of work we deliver and as our digital content editor you will ensure that nothing goes out that hasn't been checked, double-checked and then triple-checked to meet our exacting standards.
You’re an accurate proofreader, so of course you know your ‘their’ from your ‘there’ and your ‘too’ from your ‘two’. But you’re more than a grammar fanatic: your innate understanding of how to communicate in writing means you can help our team perfect their written material so it delivers the impact our clients are looking for. And you have the ability to go beyond the writing, putting yourself in the shoes of a user to generate insightful feedback about the imagery, layout, user experience and, most importantly, effectiveness of our digital solutions.
Tenacious in the pursuit of perfection, you can support and challenge our teams to create work that is the best in the industry. You’ll have a variety of briefs from internal and external clients, but your ability to adapt, organise and prioritise means you can fulfil them all, and to the highest standard. And you’re not content to do things in the same old way; you want to develop new ways of working that put quality at the heart of what we do.
You might be a recent graduate looking to kick-start a career in digital, a more seasoned proofreading professional seeking a new challenge, or somewhere in between. Regardless, your desire to learn and progress will be rewarded with opportunities for personal growth, supported by training and mentoring to refine your already highly tuned skills.
Where you'll create impact:
Proofreading our deliverables to ensure they are grammatically perfect and stylistically interesting (and keeping an eye out for anything else that catches your eye!)
Collaborating with creative teams to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered that thrill our clients and learners
Working with our QA Lead to improve quality processes and methodologies so that exceptional work is the standard
Working with teams across the business to support their quality needs and ensure everything we say to the world is perfect
Desirable skills and experience:
Exceptional writing skills, well-versed in the finer points of grammar and a stickler for detail
Strong written and verbal communication, able to confidently collaborate, solve problems and articulate solutions
Confident user of technology (including Microsoft Office), with an interest in digital best practice and user experience
Comfortable with accurately recording data and analysing it to spot trends and problems
Organised, flexible and able to prioritise in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
We’re an industry leader: no two days are the same. If you want to be in a role where your work will be essential to everything we produce, helping a rapidly growing company meet its objectives, we want to hear from you.
Send us your CV along with a cover letter telling us about a time when you provided insightful feedback to improve something.
